It shouldnt be too tough given the options at his disposal with Romelu Lukaku, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Alexis Sanchez, Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba all in the squad.Over the last three seasons at Molde, Solskjaer has his side averaging on 1.79 goals per game but it was 2.1 per game in 2018 which should be encouraging for United fans.

Solskjaer played alongside numerous superstars during his time at Old Trafford so he will have learnt from Sir Alex Ferguson how to deal with troublesome egos and underperforming key men.With Molde, he had Etzaz Hussain, Fredrik Aursnes, and Magnus Wolff Eikrem all contributing in central midfield in different role and positions on the field.All-round Aursnes played in a double pivot, a three-man midfield, and as an attacking midfielder and had one of his most productive seasons ever. Solskjaer may use Pogba similarly.

4. Make the players happy

Solskjaer needs to bring the fun back to Old Trafford and if he does it will likely breathe new life into the players and fans.The improvement in the atmosphere at the club could be key across his six-month tenure and to the long-term transition from Mourinho to the new boss.

5. Give Romelu Lukaku his confidence back

As a former striker, and a man who helped coach forwards for a short period under Sir Alex Ferguson, Solskjaer could be the perfect man to get Lukaku back on track.The Belgian appears to be getting his own house in order after recently admitting he bulked up too much at World Cup 2018.Lukaku has only managed six Premier League goals this season.6

This awareness and willingness to improve will see him fare well and if Solskjaer can restore his confidence and get him firing again then hell been congratulated by all.
