Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has returned to social media three days after deleting his Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts.Salah, the Egypt international, shocked fans by suddenlyleaving social media on Tuesday evening after sending out a cryptic tweet.“2019 Resolution: Time to get in touch, for real,” his post read.
